In north India most of the people makes GHIYE KI LAUNJ as a dessert on this occassion. So i am sharing the receipe it may be and hopefully helpful for you.
Ingredients:
2 cups Lauki (grated)

1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Green color
